When people say vegan food is nasty, I just laugh. Starring cherry tomatoes, garlic, shallots, asparagus, and mushrooms sauteed in Miyoko's Cultured Cashew butter. Deglazed pan with a splash of Riesling and then slowly simmered. Whiskedin Vegan Valley Alfredo and Silk Whipping Cream and some nooch.
